1. Fresh Ciabatta Slices. And I do mean fresh, as in fresh out of the oven or whatever it is they use to bake bread nowadays.
2. Ham. As thinly-sliced as possible. Or make that shaved, rather.
3. Cheese, yes please. The more varieties the merrier. The more slices, thrice merrier.
